Leadership Development 101

Leadership is More Than Making Sure Employees Arrive on Time and Hit Goals.

Leadership Development 101 gives your team the basic expectations of a manager aligned with the company vision.  This training is perfect for all managers from the long term, experienced manager, to the recently identified, prospective leader.  Most companies don’t train their frontline leaders at the time of their promotion.  They expect employees who are technically advanced in their position to naturally understand leadership, hiring, and the best way to motivate.  Usually, all they get is supervision.  Help them understand their real role in the company and call The Grange today.
